Below is a list of the questions we receive most often. If your question isn't answered here, please feel free to contact us.
Do I have to complete the course all at once?
No. The system will keep track of each completed section so you can start back where you left off. Keep in mind, If the course has a timer, it is because the state board requires that you spend a minimum amount of time actively engaged in each lesson. It is important that you remain actively engaged and do not leave the screen idle for more than a few minutes or you may be logged out, and you may have to restart that section.
Can I take the course on my phone or tablet?
YES! Our courses are designed to work with most mobile devices and current browsers.
Will I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes. You will receive a receipt in your email shortly after payment. The receipt will come from Advantage Learning Systems, LLC.
Do you report my hours to the governing body?
Yes. We report continuing education course completions to state agencies within two weeks and often the next business day.
Do your courses meet State continuing education requirements?
Yes. All courses that we offer have been approved where required.
